Answers to How to Get Rid of Acne By Utilizing Simple Acne Treatment Strategies

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009

How do I get rid of acne? Acne varies per person and can affect pretty much anyone of all ages. There are different types of acne, different types of skin, different treatments you can pursue, and so forth. I have fought acne. I have beaten acne into submission. I am here to help you do the same as it took me years, research, and a lot of trial and error.
This article offers tips and acne treatments that will hopefully shed some light on the ultimate question: How do I get rid of acne?
Stop using oil-based products if you want to get rid of acne. Eating fast foods, touching your face when using cooking oils, using make-up products and other skin care products that are oil based could be causes of your acne.
Avoid soaps and scrubs that can irritate your skin. Your body has natural oils and some of these products that claim to wipe away dirt and oil while ex-foliating your skin can actually have an adverse effect. Many of the over the counter products are more harmful for your skin than good.
Choose mild soaps, a mild acne treatment product, and take showers regularly. These all will assist your skin in battling acne. I recommend a shower filtration system and an acne treatment product that fits your skin and acne type. Many of the 3+ step treatments work quite well.
Stop the picking and popping. I know you hate those pesky blemishes and bumps, but many times doing this can cause more damage to your glands. Also, you tend to add more harm due to oils on your hands. Certain types of acne can scar up if you pick at it.
Consult a professional. Dermatologists are worth their weight in gold. They will certainly help you nail down a treatment that will work for your acne situation. Choosing a good one is important as their main goal should be to help you cure acne and not provide products and suggestions that certainly won’t work. It was when I finally went to a dermatologist that my acne began to clear up forever.
Best Acne Treatments
Most doctors will start you off on a mild form of acne treatment if you go the medical route. The two that come to mind contain retinoic acid (sold commercially as Retin-A) which you’ve probably heard of, as well as adapalene (sold commercially as Differin). They both work well for mild forms of acne. Personally they irritated the heck out of my skin, however spot treatments worked ok. However, just remember that everyone’s skin type is different so these may work well for you.
You may need to get on stronger medications such as accutane. This is the drug that worked for me and other folks I know, but the side effects weren’t the best. A doctor will typically prescribe these harsher treatments only for the worst cases of acne and if nothing else works.
Birth control pills for women have been said to work as well. I am no expert or scientist, so this is something you should consult your physician on.
Now, if you want to go the non-medical route, there are plenty of acne solutions out there for you. The best ones that I have found and researched are Proactiv, Exposed, and Murad.
These have been proven to work for numerous acne sufferers. I still use one of them to this day and wouldn’t think otherwise.
I mention three of them because as stated many times in this article, everyone is different and reacts to different treatments. One that will work for you won’t work for another and these offer different ingredients to combat different types of acne for different skin types.
Good luck. I hated acne and still do. If you truly want to get rid of acne you need to know the facts and know how to treat it according to your own personal situation.

Acne Treatment That Gets Rid of Acne

Monday, November 16th, 2009

Acne tends to affect most teenagers to some degree. And in most cases, it is a mild temporary condition that is not permanent. But some teenagers develop severe acne problems that dramatically and negatively affect their social and emotional well being. And for some of these individuals, this debilitating condition can turn into a life long problem.

Severe acne problems affect millions of adults. An acne breakout for adults can occur out of nowhere and without any warning and then go away just as easily. But it can also be a serious chronic condition for some sufferers. Severe acne sufferers also have to deal with the embarrassment of unsightly acne scars, which can result in low self esteem issues.

There are hundreds of acne treatments that involve drugs and expensive creams. But they are not designed to treat the underlying conditions that cause acne outbreaks. These expensive remedies treat the symptoms of the disease, not the disease itself.

Many acne remedies are designed to treat the mild temporary acne that primarily affects teenagers. Doctors know that teenage acne is a fleeting problem and, as the teenager enters adulthood, the acne normally goes away. As a result, most doctors treat only the acne, not the underlying condition. Unfortunately, adult acne sufferers know that their acne will return again and again. They know that acne will be a recurring visitor in their life. The expensive treatments the doctors typically prescribe can not cure the disease; it can only treat the symptoms.

If you suffer from severe acne, you also know that serious infections can result. And this sometimes requires powerful and expensive drugs to fight it off. Until recently, there were not many effective tools to deal with severe acne. But now there is a holistic acne treatment than can get rid of acne in just 3 days. Acne – the Cause and Treatment That Gets Rid of Acne

Monday, November 16th, 2009

Do you have a recurring acne problem? If so, hormones may be responsible for it. Acne can be a serious problem but there are things you can do to alleviate the situation.

In many cases, acne is a hormonal problem.  The reason teenagers are more prone to acne than most is because of their hormones. Hormones cause the oils glands in our skin to mature and as these oil glands  change, they produce acne.

Hormones and adult acne occur at different times in our lives and there are things that can make the acne even worse.  Many people experience an acne outbreak due to the use of certain birth control pills.   Other things that can cause an acne outbreak is pregnancy or menopause.

Hormones and adult acne problems are not limited to women.  Males can also be affected by acne.  When excess oil builds up in our system, bacteria flourishes and causes an acne outbreak. So what can you do to prevent these outbreaks?

One way to reduce the severity of an acne outbreak is to keep your skin clean. Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Another cause is the foods we eat. Foods high in fat and sugar can make you more prone to acne problems. Drinking a lot of caffeine can also contribute to the problem, so limit the amount of caffeine in your diet.

If you suffer from severe acne, you also know that acne can cause severe infections. And unfortunately, these infections may not go away without the use of expensive drugs. And until recently, there were not many effective remedies that deal with the root cause of acne. But now there is a holistic acne treatment than can get rid of acne in just 3 days. Get the details on this amazing acne cure!

Part Two – Causes, and Natural Prevention
Who Gets Acne? Nearly 50% of adults and more than 90% of all adolescents are affected by acne. No wonder people are concerned because it is one of the most wide spread medical conditions in the world.
Causes of Acne
The condition – Acne – is influenced by a variety of factors, many of them are simplely out of your control. There is no one cause of acne.
Acne usually begins at puberty, in both males and females, when the body begins to produce male hormones called androgens. These hormones cause the sebaceous glands to enlarge – a natural process of the body’s development. With acne sufferers, the sebaceous glands are over stimulated by androgens – often continuing well into adulthood.
When the sebaceous glands are stimulated by androgens, it produces extra sebum. During the journey up the hair follicle pore to the skin’s surface, sebum mixes with natural skin bacteria and dead skin cells that have been shed from the lining of the hair follicle. This process is normal, but the presence of the extra sebum in the pore increases the chances of clogging and can cause acnr.
On your face there can be as many as 500,000 bacteria per square centimeter. This bacteria is present in all skin types and is part of the skin’s natural environment. Once the pore is plugged however, the bacteria can multiply quickly in a closed space which fosters the development of acne.
The body sends white blood cells to attack the unwanted bacteria. This process is called chemotaxis. It results in pimples that become red, swollen, and painful.
Pollution has been proven to be one of the major causes of acne. This is because particles that become trapped in pores will block the pores and the result will in most cases be infections.
Prevention
There are lots of ways to control acne. Cleanse your skin up to three times a day with products containing the mangosteen fruit that will not strip your skin of all its natural oils but will stimulate skin turnover and exfoliation. Change your pillow cases and bed sheets often. The buildup of dirt on your face after a long day adds to the toxins on your face. Also the moisture from sweaty or wet cloths can irritate your skin and cause blemishes. Many don’t realize that some of the acne on other areas of the body are worse than the arne on your face.
The sun is not a cure for acne as believed by many people. Small amounts of UV light are essential for skin health, but getting a tan can cause unbalanced skin cell shedding which causes even more acne to appear and it can easily out weigh the benefits of UV light. Cosmetics are another common cause of acne. A lot of the products not only contain dangerous toxins but they plug the pores and most cleaning products are unable to remove the pore plugging debris of the makeup. Smoking is also harmful because it reduces collagen in your skin, this makes acne wore and scaring more likely.
Treatment
The first step is to cleanse the skin with natural plant compounds which stimulate skin growth and help exfoliate old cells. If you have particularly oily skin you may need to cleanse three times a day (morning, afternoon and bedtime).
Using liquid compounds capable of penetrating deep into the pores of the skin to dissolve sebum and dislodge debris is the next step. A product having the mangosteen fruit as a main ingredient will have remarkable natural antibiotic compounds which have been laboratory tested and proven to control p-acne and staphylococcus aureus, – the two bacterial strains known to be involved with acne.
Also products with the mangosteen fruit contain large quantities of anti inflammatory phytochemicals which reduce the severity of acne skin lesions. If these phytochemicals can remain on the face over night in the form of a moisturizer it can be a further benefit. If possible acne sufferers should use a gel moisturizer and not a creamy moisturizer since the high secretion of sebum which is a natural moisturizer may be sufficient.
Conclusion
Acne can be very emotionally and socially damaging whether it is confined to adolescence or continues through adulthood. Studies have shown acne can leave people to feel ugly, dirty, angry and depressed.
Fortunately you do not have to live with acne. There is always something you can do to help the health of your skin. One of the newest plants to be incorporated into skin care products is the mangosteen. The mangosteen fruit has been shown to exhibit anti inflammatory properties, anti bacterial properties and is a potent anti oxidant which are ideal properties to have in the prevention of acne.

There is always something you can do to improve with the health of your skin. For a free report on the mangosteen and info on a brand new totally natural skin nutrition line utilizing the mangosteen fruit go to. http://www.GlimpseTheBestSkinCare.com

Acne Types And Treatments

Monday, November 16th, 2009

Acne occurs when the normal process of skin’s cell renewal is interrupted.  Inside the sebaceous hair follicles (pores), oil keeping the skin naturally pliable and moist combines with the dead, old skin cells and are sloughed off in a normal skin renewal process.  If dead skin cell turnover rate is uneven, they become gummy producing a blockage inside the follicle.  Bacteria called propionobacterium acnes that normally live on the skin can thrive within these blocked pores.  The bacteria, along with the trapped oil, swell the follicle as the skin’s natural oil production process persists inside the clogged pore.  With large amounts of white blood cells, your body attacks this infection ultimately forming a pimple.   The full pimple-causing process takes between 14-21 days.  Occasionally in acute acne, the pocket of inflammation within a pore can rupture, forming irreversible scarring damage the skin enough to form irreversible scarring.

Typically, individuals with acne have acne vulgaris.  This type of acne affects people of all ages and genders.  There are various types of pimples you can develop.  When pores become only partially plugged and a portion of the oil slowly drains to the surface, blackheads are bred.  Whiteheads develop when the pore is totally clogged, trapping oil, dead skin cells, and bacteria, giving the whitehead its whitish appearance on the skin’s surface.  Swollen, red, tender bumps that do not develop a head are known as papules.  Do not set about to pop papules, as popping papules can increase the risk of scarring and infection.  A swollen, red bump with a white or yellow head is  a pustule.  The pustule is very similar in appearance to the whitehead, but the redness and swelling is the difference.   In more severe acne cases, nodules or cysts grow beneath the skin’s outer layer.  Nodules are painful, much larger, hard bumps below the skin that can take months to rid of.Much larger, hard, painful bumps that can take months to eliminate are known as nodules.  Cysts look like nodules, but are very painful and pus-filled.  They have a diameter larger than 5mm.  Nodules and cysts have the highest risk of scarring.  Unfortunately quite often with cysts and nodules, scarring does happen.  These types of pimples require a dermatologist’s assistance.  Infection and scarring risks are much too great with nodules and cysts.

Acne rosacea is the other kind of acne.  Acne rosacea appears similar to acne vulagaris, but strikes mostly those over 30 years of age and more women than men.  It surfaces as a red rash containing pimples, bumps, and skin blemishes with blood vessels becoming more prominent.  While acne vulgaris can affect any area of the human body, acne rosacea is , most of the time, confined to the cheeks, chin, forehead, or nose.

It is very important to keep acne prone areas clean.  It is necessary to wash the acne affected area twice daily, each daywith an unscented cleanser.   Look for cleansers that contain salicylic acid or creams containing benzoyl peroxide.  Salicylic acid will dry the acne-affected areas, while benzoyl peroxide is made to increase skin’s turnover rate, helping to clean the pores.  Antibacterial face cleansers and body soaps designed specifically for oily skin are also available for the treatment of acne.  Remember that the skin needs a certain amount of oil to maintain its natural condition, so make sure to avoid aggravating acne by overwashing with strong, drying cleansers.

No cure for acne is known at this time.  The real secret for controlling acne is prevention, which involves arresting the formation of acne before it grows into a pimple.  Many prescription and over-the-counter treatments are available.  In addition, consuming a whole foods diet plentiful in essential vitamins and minerals and drinking plenty of water can  strengthen your immune system and flush toxins to keep your body’s natural defense system in peak form to defeat acne infections more easily.  Treat acne as soon as it shows its first signs to eliminate the possibility of permanent scarring. Even after blemishes go away, you often have to maintain using an active acne treatment to prevent other blemishes from forming.

Dealing With Adult Acne!

Friday, November 13th, 2009

Most people have the misconception that acne occurs mainly to teens and once you’re past your hormone crazy teen days you would be rid of acne as well. Then you are wondering, how is it here I am in my twenties, thirties or even forties and am still suffering from frequent acne breakouts! This in turn will lead to diminished self esteem and later even depression.

You can rest assured that you are not alone! Acne in adults is actually a common occurance that affects at least 25% of males and 50% of adult women. Most people are then left feeling helpless by this stage and have no clue why their acne has not left them along with their teenage years? This then will lead you to seek a skin doctors advice and most adults usually end up using either a benzol peroxide treatment regime or are put on courses of anti-biotics.

This will NOT get rid of your acne and will only prolong your agony as the moment you get off these treatments, your acne will definitely be back with a vengeance. So what should you do to get rid of your adult acne? In fact Why on earth are you having acne in the first place…may be a few questions on your mind. The answer is actually very simple but its just that people don’t seem to want to accept simple treatments anymore. They are made to believe that there is some deep rooted complex problems that can only be cured by some extremely complex medications that will also burn a nice big hole in their pockets! People seem to be made to think that the more expensive the treatment the better it must be! You couln’t be further from the truth.

As complex as Acne may seem, there is a very simple explanation to the development of acne and an even simpler cure for it but its just a matter of whether the individual is ready for a change in lifestyle or not! Period! O.K. now that I have gotten that off my chest, let me start to explain the reasons for adult acne and I’ll end of with the simplest, cheapest and most effective method for every single person who wants to cure their acne will need to do. Fair? Lets begin….

If you are under the impression that acne is caused by hormone imbalance, which is why most teens experience acne, you are only partially right. Acne occurs because something in your body is out of sync. What do I mean? When anything in your body including all your organs is not performing as it should be and is out of balance, your body will try to find a way of telling you this. So if you are constantly breaking out with pimples, then its your body trying to communicate with you and tell you something is wrong internally and should be addressed and corrected.. So what is a pimple? A pimple is made up of a build up of toxins and impurities that your body is excreting. So what should you do? Listen to your body and start fixing the internal problem that causes your acne to appear in the first place; you will not only get rid of your acne you will also achieve beautiful, healthy, even toned clear skin complexion, re-balance your body and prevent future hormonal or toxic overload related conditions.

We are not born with acne. No one is. Acne is formed because there is an overload of toxins in your body and your body has to get rid of these toxins thus acne. Look at it this way, to make it easier to understand, I’ll use the acne formula.

Acne happens when there is a cause and a trigger thus:

CAUSE + TRIGGER = ACNE

What are the causes of acne? Well as I was mentioning above, ultimately, every disease results from a breakdown within your body. All major diseases and chronic conditions are warning signs of something very fundamentally wrong inside. Cause could vary depending on the individual. They could be any of the following:

The accumulation of toxins, the hormones not in balance, high Blood sugar levels, chronic constipation…

Then there are the triggers which most of you would know about but have actually regarded as the cause instead of the trigger.A Triggers are usually factors that “trigger” your acne to form once you are suffering from any of the causes. Namely: anything from wrong feeding habits, such as irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches and sugar, excess of fatty foods, use of tea, coffee, alcohol or tobacco, strenuous studies, masturbation and sedentary habits which lead to indigestion and general debility, chocolates, seafood etc. If you are an acne sufferer, you probably know exactly which triggers you a re more suceptible to already.

So now you know that Acne is formed by underlying causes within your body that are sensitive to triggers that will actually form the acne. So which do you treat? The cause or the trigger? You could do either or both but that is what you need to decide. I will lay the facts out for you. If you choose to address and eliminate the root cause of acne, that will bring your body back to a state of balance thus it will no longer be sensitive to any triggers and “voala”! No more acne! Or you could go the easy way and just stay away from the triggers. Now this method does not fix anything. As long as you don’t eat or do any of the triggers, you will not get a breakout but the moment you do, you will have a massive breakout. Moreover, this may mean you have to stay away from things that you love forever! Plus in the long run, your body’s imbalances could lead to more serious deseases and forms to eliminate the toxin build up etc. So there you have it. Eliminate either the cause or the effect and you eliminate acne. However, I would definitely go with eliminating the cause so I don’t have to fear whether my body may develop new triggers over time and acne will be back again.

Now how do you treat the casue? This is where you will need to do the simplest form of acne treatment that I was talking about in the beginning. You need to detox your system and get it back into a state of balance. There are only 2 programs that I will recommend for the best results. If you go through this program, you will never have to worry about acne in your adult years again. You will be rid of acne and what’s more, you would have actually done a huge service to your health as well. So find the best treatment below for you and go with it. You will not regret it and that’s a guarantee!

To Your Success!

Overview of Acne Cures

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009

Eighty percent of the people suffered from some form of acne in their life, People between the ages of 11 and 30 have acne outbreaks at some point. Close to 100% of people between the ages of twelve and seventeen have at least an occasional whitehead, blackhead or pimple, regardless of race and ethnicity. More than 40% of adolescents have acne severe enough to require some treatment. In most cases, acne starts between the ages of ten and thirteen and usually lasts for five to ten years. Acne normally goes away on its own sometime in the early twenties but, acne can persist into the late twenties or thirties even beyond. Some people get acne for the first time as adults. Acne lesions are most common on the face, the neck, chest, back, shoulders and upper arms and legs. Acne affects young men and women about equally. Americans spend over a hundred million dollars a year only for over-the-counter acne treatments. Acne is the most commonly diagnosed skin disorder in the United States. CAUSES OF ACNE AND ACNE MYTHS Acne treatments are developed every day, but a cure for acne has not yet been discovered. No one knows exactly what causes acne. Hormones stimulating the sebaceous or oil glands of the pores by dead skin cells, bacteria living in the pores breaking down the oil and causing inflammation probably play a role. Another factor could be genetics, family history with acne. If other people in your family had acne, you may be more likely to develop it too. There are many myths about what causes acne. Contrary to what you may have heard, acne is not caused by dirty skin .According to studies conducted at Stanford University, washing the face once or four times daily did not change the condition of acne. Also, based on the finding of those studies,, regular exercise can be encouraged for patients with acne. There is no evidence that stress causes acne, but it can make it worse. The Stanford survey also found that poor diet and decreased sleep can negatively affect acne and that drinking more water could improve the quality of the skin. ACNE IS CURABLE AND TREATABLE Having acne isn’t a pleasant experience. Are there any ways to get rid of acne naturally that actually work? In fact, using natural products can be a quick and easy way to reduce your acne or even eliminate it altogether. Eating a balanced diet always make sense. Nutritious foods can help keep you healthy, and your skin will benefit from getting enough vitamins and minerals. Acne, eczema, dry skin can be healed through healthful foods and supplements. Vitamins A, B, C, E and zinc are all necessary for healthy skin. Excessive amounts of processed. fatty and fried foods, fatty red meat . junk foods and sugar contribute to acne. It is important here to mention that acne could indicate an acidic condition in the blood. If this acid is flushed from the system, the skin will start looking and feeling better. A diet rich in whole foods like fruits, vegetables, healthy oils and grains along with more water intake could reduce acne outbreaks. Best is to filter your water and it is as pure as bottled water. Start by increasing the amount of water you drink. This will help to detoxify your body. With the state of tap water nowadays, it’s probably best to filter your water. This is cheaper than buying bottled water and it is at least as pure. Jug style water filters are easy to use and many are designed to be kept in your fridge so that your drink is cool as well. Water helps rehydrate your body, which is around 50 to 60 percent water depending on your age. Water also helps flush away the different toxins that accumulate in your body and helps your body to naturally carry out detoxification. Next up, start taking flax seed oil on a regular basis. Although it’s not technically an acne cure, it helps heal your skin and many people have reported having less acne symptoms once they’ve started adding flax seed oil to their regime. It’s also a great natural moisturizer. Don’t pick at your acne! This is easier said than done, but resisting the temptation to pop your pimples as much as possible is a good move in order to avoid scarring and spread the infection. There are many natural supplements that can help you out . Those natural remedies are enhanced with selected herbs and nutrients including multi-vitamin with vitamin A and Zinc. Those homeopathic Acne formula can heal existing pimples and prevent the emergence of new pimples. Take action now in order to control, prevent and enhance your skin. Gilles Coulombe B.A. B.LL D.S.A. Teenage Acne: Causes, Symptoms And Cure

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009

What are the causes of teenage acne and how to get rid of acne that is linked to puberty?
Teenage acne is bad news. Not only is it painful but its implications can be devastating too. In fact, teenage acne has been known to have a deep social, intellectual and emotional impact on the young person.
What worries most people about teenage acne is not the scars on the face (which anyways occurs), but its psychological impacts that may severely downgrade the self esteem of an individual. It can be so bad that the entire personality of the person changes and he carries the emotional scars even after becoming an adult, these are the psychological marks of teenage acne that has a far greater impact than the physical blemishes.
I know because I have suffered from teenage acne, it lasted for 13 years and it had a great negative impact on my intellectual and emotional growth. The impact changed me. I began to spend time alone with shame and out of fear and guilt too. And due to this, I can say that the acne deprived me of a normal teenage experience. I was finally able to come out of this after I found a cure which was possible only after 7 years of research and personal experimentation. And now I can say that I have finally been able to get rid of the acne problem. But the best news is, the acne has not returned and my skin today is great.
So go ahead and read this report to find out why people have teenage acne, what the role of the parents are, and how you can permanently solve this problem.
Learn about the symptoms and the theories of teenage acne
Blackheads, whiteheads, lesions that appear like boils, cysts and large pimples, teenage acne may appear in many types. And the severity of the outbreaks may also differ. In cases of a moderate outbreak, there are just a few growths on the back, chest or the face. However when the case is severe, then there are cysts that appear big and sore, and they come up all over the body. It looks bad.
Somehow more number of males seems to be affected by severe teenage acne than females. In males, the affected regions are also frequently the back and the chest.
But what causes teenage acne – well, there are many thoughts on this one. There are those who would say that the culprit is the hair follicles that get blocked. Then there are those who blame the genes. Another thought blames the body`s mechanism (the immunity) of fighting the acne bacteria. Some other popular causes include sudden increase in hormones or decrease in nutrients. Even the environmental lifestyle factors have been blamed for teenage acne.
Having done research on the subject for 7 years now, I now know what really causes the problem and so I can differentiate the real reasons from the false theories. This learning I have acquired through years of research, experimentation and trial and error. And now I have the answer that helps me beat acne.
So what really causes teenage acne?
The acne is not something that is temporary and so it is important to find out the causes. In truth, the real causes of teenage acne, no matter whether it is casual or severe, remain deep within the human body. To fight teenage acne, you will need to find an answer to these causes. Just treating the symptoms and neglecting the root causes never help, but this is the mistake many make. That is why OTC medications, antibiotics and other conventional drugs do not work. Though the symptoms go away, but the cause remains within the body and so the teenage acne returns.
When the body produces more hormones than it can deactivate and expel it can lead to an imbalance and this can lead to teenage acne. In some cases the body begins to make more oil and this prompts the acne too. The growths may also appear due to the buildup of toxins in the blood and lymph.
There is just one way you can treat teenage acne and this is by eradicating the causes that are making the lesions to appear.
Teenage Acne: what can the parents do?
The role of the parents is always crucial because of the deep social and emotional impact that teenage acne can have. Each person needs to be understood and should be carefully and thoughtfully handled. Proper understanding is very important here.
Never ever make your child believe that you think that he or she needs to be blamed for the teenage acne that the person has. This will only worsen the issue. A better approach would be to show empathy and hold your patience and help the person come out of his dreadful condition.
Do make an attempt to feel the pain he or she is going through. Make the person understand that you are with him or her and that the child is still regarded highly, spend some time together, and talking is important here.
No one likes to suffer from teenage acne and so finding a cure is crucial because otherwise there can be a negative impact on the social and intellectual growth. Make them feel confident that you are always there to help them fight the condition and move on in life. Show them that you care by showing your own research on the subject.
Fight teenage acne successfully
Though there are quite a few remedies all around us, such as antibiotics, benzoyl peroxide, conventional drugs and even steroids, but the truth is, just one works. In fact many of these remedies actually worsen the condition as they come with side effects. The real causes are all internal and they need to be taken on to beat teenage acne. Just treating the external symptoms will never work as they are just manifestations.
All the factors of teenage acne can be successfully treated only through the holistic approach, and this treatment gives permanent results too. The approach here is to take on both the internal as well as the external factors. With the holistic approach you can not only get rid of teenage acne, but also improve your health by fighting other diseases that occur from hormonal imbalances such as kidney problems, hair loss. With the teenage acne gone, the person can go out there and have a great emotional, social and intellectual life.
